Preparing for the First Day Of Kindergarten!

Tomorrow is Brenna's first day of Kindergarten. We're so excited! She wants to wear "a shirt with a puppy on it" she said.  I can't wait to post pictures.  She actually picked out her Red Garfield shirt, so I guess I'll let her dress herself she's a big girl now why not?  We took her and had her hair trimmed, and I just prepared her lunch and backpack as well.  She has to have her name written inside the backpack with a change of clothing in case of an accident.  She also has to have a "Pet" of some sort.  One that she can snuggle up to during nap time, she picked her Lady Bug Pillow Pet.  For Lunch I packed her one of her favorites a "Bologna" sandwich which I wanted to make something cute for her first day so I cut them in half into a triangle shape then added some little "cheese eye's" and a "cheese smile" for a smiley face.  I also packed her stuff that I thought would be somewhat healthy and balanced lol.  Some Carrots, Tomatoes, Grapes, and a mini box of Raisin's with a Fruit-Veggie Juice Box.  I know I know.... everyone says awww you do that the first few days and then you get busy and quit well I don't want to quit.  I want to be sure and do the best I can and let her know how much I love her and take whatever steps there may be to making her as happy as I can.  So, tomorrow's the big day and I'm more excited than she is but, I can remember my first day of Kindergarten... I beat up two of my teacher's so I think Brenna will have me beat by good behavior without entering the door. LOL!  Hope she has a great day, I will post pic's tomorrow. :D
